Our Cold Drawn Bright Bar processing unit is equipped to handle a wide range of profiles and sizes with high dimensional precision and surface quality. We process round bars from 6mm to 80mm, hex bars from 6mm to 70mm, and square bars from 6mm to 72mm, catering to diverse application needs across industries. The unit features a high-speed Schumag-type combined drawing line with a specialized range of 6mm to 28mm, ensuring superior finish and tight tolerances for critical components. To enhance surface integrity and cleanliness, we also offer in-house shot blasting facilities for wire rods and bars. With a robust infrastructure and streamlined workflow, our production capacity reaches up to 1,000 metric tons per month, allowing us to meet bulk orders without compromising on quality or lead time.
